Emergency lighting inverter, also known as emergency lighting converter (electronic / inductive converter), with high temperature nickel-hydrogen (Ni-MH), nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd) and other rechargeable batteries, connected to the light source, so that It has the functions of emergency lighting and fire safety. When the mains AC is normally supplied, the inverter makes the emergency lighting battery pack in the charging/standby state; when the accident or other emergency occurs, the mains AC is suddenly interrupted, the inverter is switched. Continue to supply power to the emergency lighting battery pack DC to ensure the lighting and safety of the lamps. The LEDs display normal working conditions, trickle charge, maintain battery performance and service life.

Tools/raw materials

Common emergency lighting converters, emergency devices, fitting fluorescent lamps, energy-saving lamps, LED tubes, quartz lamps, etc. Suitable for voltage range 3.6V, 4.8V, 6.0V, 7.2V, 9.6V, 12.0V, etc., matching different capacities The rechargeable battery can reach 1-5 hours of emergency lighting time, adapt to the needs of different occasions. Can be used in the temperature range of -25-+70.

The warranty period is more than two years. The battery can last for more than three years (must be replaced in the fourth year).

Step / method

1 Select the appropriate wiring diagram according to the type of luminaire;

2 Turn off the A.C line switch, connect the light source and accessories, and connect the rechargeable battery to the socket or terminal;

3 Careful inspection, open the A.C line switch, the luminaire illuminates to prove the wiring is correct;

4 If the luminaire cannot be illuminated, turn off the A.C switch (the battery does not need to be removed), carefully read the remarks, adjust the wiring method accordingly, and repeat step 3;

5 If the wiring is correct, turn off the A.C switch and hear the slight noise of the cymbal. The emergency power supply starts the lighting of the luminaire.

Precautions

1 If the lamp is dim, flickering, etc., the battery may be low. Please turn on the A.C switch to charge the battery.

2 Emergency light battery has high temperature resistance, must use trickle charge, please keep the battery charging time above 24h, large volume battery is more than 48h;

3 The emergency inverter has the function of automatically stopping the charging. When the battery is nearly saturated, it automatically enters the micro current charging phase and supplements the self-discharge;

4 Although the inverter is equipped with no-load protection function, in order to better ensure the performance and service life of the emergency power supply, please do not take the light source away at random or press the A.C switch frequently;
